How to find out what the air quality is like in a welding workshop after filtration?

Manufacturing companies often recognize the need for filtration systems, but many questions remain before making a large investment. The best way to ensure that a solution is suitable is to test it in your own production.

Questions that always arise before an investment

These questions are especially relevant in situations where a very large sum must be paid for the product. Most commonly, companies want to know:

  • is the product really sufficient for our specific needs?
  • should the installation be carried out in the same way or entirely differently?
  • how good is everything that is being promised?

We have an answer to solve this question: we allow the welding filter to be tested in the company's own production, so you can verify its quality for yourself.

Demo filter for testing in production

Since the number of interested parties has been impressive, we even have two demo filters. It does not matter whether it is a very small production or a large industry – during the test period, we can mutually determine which solution might be best.

During testing, for example, the following becomes clear:

  • whether the same filter tower that we provide for testing is suitable;
  • whether the given task is better solved with ducting;
  • whether additional automation should be added;
  • whether the solution should also integrate with smart building automation.

Where the filter tower is already in use

Today, this filter tower can already be found in various sizes at many metalworkers, such as Metallituba, Brek, Volume Design, Sami, Palmse Mehaanikakoda, Harmet Metall, Light Maker and many others.
