Finishing line with three paint booths and a drying tunnel
We built a finishing line for a Norwegian furniture manufacturer with three energy-efficient water-heated paint booths, each with autonomous control. The booths are based on a plate heat exchanger, and two of them are connected to a conveyor and drying tunnel. The entire equipment holds ATEX certifications and control is performed from a single touchscreen panel. A GRACO Merkur 30:1 finishing pump set and a G40 spray gun were installed at each booth.
Static electricity neutralisation in the woodworking industry – charge reduced from 12.3 kV to below 750 V
During the treatment of wood surfaces, the static charge reached up to 12.3 kV in places, making the process uncomfortable and unsafe for workers. We installed two iONstream 4.0 neutralisation units – one for the lower surface and another for the upper surface. As a result, the charge dropped to a range of 400–750 V, creating a safe and stable working environment for the staff.
Automatic painting line with 2K+3K system for the woodworking industry
We built a complete painting line for an Estonian wood processor to transition from manual finishing to automated finishing. We installed two profile spray automats with a total of 16 Graco G40 automatic guns, two drying ovens operating in series, a paint kitchen with 11 Graco pumps, and a three-component Graco 3KS paint proportioner. The entire transition from the old system to the new one was carried out in just three weeks, and the line was brought into operation on the specified deadline.
Semi-automatic wet painting line for the new production building
We installed a liquid paint line for painting openings' fillers in Saku Metall's new production building, based on a semi-automatic conveyor system with a lifting section of up to 500 kg and 20 booms (spacing 350 mm). The water-heated ventilation units of the paint room and drying tunnel are heated by an autonomous gas boiler, and the entire line is controlled by a Siemens touchscreen control panel. Safety is ensured by solvent sensors, which automatically activate the ventilation, as well as Atex zone 1 luminaires. Two GRACO Merkur 48:1 high-pressure paint pumps were installed for painting.
Industrial Grinding Room for Fiberglass Products
For a fiberglass products manufacturer in Harju County, we designed a custom enclosed grinding and cutting room to keep dust dispersion in the workshop under control. The room was equipped with a motorized lift, ATEX-compliant lighting, and a GRAM grinding dust filter that ensures efficient air purification.
Factory Air Compensation and Heat Energy Recovery in the Woodworking Industry
We supplied a woodworking company with an ATEX-rated ventilation unit with an air volume of 24,000 m3/h, which serves the existing MAKOR oven and recovers thermal energy by means of a plate heat exchanger. The unit compensates the factory air and ensures a better indoor climate in production. As the oven operates in two modes, pressure control was added to manage both the oven operating mode and the internal production conditions.
Compressor Waste Heat Recovery for Window and Door Manufacturers
We developed a centralised heat recovery solution for the AS Viljandi Aken ja Uks factory, which directs the waste heat from four compressors to heat the ventilation units. The system includes control automation and heat meters for monitoring energy quantities. The installation produces 2 MW of thermal energy per day for the customer, reducing energy waste and improving the working environment.
Irrigation System Upgrade and Expansion in Viljandi
We upgraded and expanded the humidification system of Print Best, one of the largest book manufacturers in the Baltics, in Viljandi. We carried out a comprehensive upgrade of the pump station, installed a modern touchscreen control panel with an expansion module for additional zones, and added a reverse osmosis unit to ensure water quality. We replaced the previous UFO solution with more efficient nozzle spraying, making the system significantly more reliable and durable.

We installed a Gema automatic coating system in Torm Metall's production facility, complementing the seven-stage washing, drying and curing oven and the multifunctional conveyor system established in 2018 into a fully automated set. The solution brought a significant increase in production volumes – the lion's share of pending orders was completed already within the first week of use. A 5-chamber and 7-stage washing system is in use, ensuring top quality for large coating jobs.
