Training operators helps reduce the production of defective goods!
Manufacturing efficiency and quality begin with the people who operate the equipment. When operators have thorough knowledge, defects decrease and reliability increases, but over time information changes – which is why training is critically important.

Why train operators?
Training is critically important in manufacturing, ensuring maximum efficiency. Staff turnover in companies – whether due to transitions to new positions or other reasons – highlights the ongoing importance of training. Much like in a game of "telephone", the original training information can change over time, arriving after 3–4 "generations" at content that differs from the original.
Training is often limited to practical advice alone, neglecting why and how problems arise. Yet it is precisely this understanding that is essential when finding solutions.
We are here to help!
To fill this gap, we have created diverse training programmes that help refresh important knowledge. For particularly complex questions, we also involve specialists from the brands we represent, to ensure the highest training quality.
For example, training the Torm Metall team clearly demonstrated how specific questions and problems are resolved during training. Feedback confirmed that the training helped clarify many of the questions that had troubled them. This is just one of many success stories that affirm the value of our approach.
Customer feedback
„We are already able to offer very high paint quality, but self-critically we know that there is always room to develop further and learn more. We have had very good cooperation with Elister OÜ over the years. That is why we decided to invite them back again to organise additional training for the operators of our paint unit, to help consolidate existing knowledge and acquire new skills. Thank you to Indrek and Viktor from Elister OÜ for visiting us and sharing your knowledge!"
How does the training take place?
Planning the training begins with understanding your needs and problems, as well as a discussion about a possible time for it to take place. We prefer an interactive format, using computers to display visuals and slides, while focusing primarily on constructive dialogue.
This approach allows us to receive ongoing feedback and discuss important topics in depth, improving productivity and reducing the risk of defects.
- We start by mapping your needs and problems
- We agree on a suitable time for it to take place
- We use visuals and slides in an interactive format
- We focus on constructive dialogue and ongoing feedback
If you would like to refresh your operators' knowledge and reduce the occurrence of defects, contact us — we will design training tailored precisely to your needs.
