As a custom solution, a paint booth for electrically conductive paint for the electronics industry
In cooperation with our partner OMD OÜ, we built a custom solution for an electronics manufacturing company in Harjumaa: a 3-metre-wide paint booth with spraying equipment, where components are finished with an electrically conductive paint. The solution included a GRACO Merkur 48:1 paint pump and a product rotation mechanism, which made the process more convenient and faster.

Project challenge
The client wanted to finish various electronic components with a specific, electrically conductive coating. Such a special-purpose material sets its own requirements for spraying equipment and the booth and calls for a well-considered solution. In addition, it was necessary to ensure a convenient workflow and less time spent handling the products.
How we built it
As a custom solution, we set up a paint booth with spraying equipment at the company, adapted for the use of electrically conductive coating. To rotate the products, we created a suitable base so that components can be handled conveniently and quickly during painting. The heart of the solution is a powerful paint pump from the manufacturer GRACO together with controllable ventilation.
- 3-metre wide paint booth with lighting and additional walls
- fan with control automation
- GRACO Merkur 48:1 paint pump for painting products
- product rotation mechanism
What we achieved
- a 3-metre wide paint booth for finishing with electrically conductive coating, completed as a custom solution
- GRACO Merkur 48:1 paint pump ensures reliable spraying
- the rotation mechanism makes the process more convenient and reduces time spent
- the fan with control automation keeps the booth's working environment under control
