In the immersion-method pre-wash, parts are moved through the system by means of an overhead crane. The parts are immersed in various tanks, which is part of the finishing process. The immersion method means that there are various tanks through which the parts pass, and the number of stages is selected according to the specifics of production.

This type of solution is used in situations where the conveyor load capacity must be high, or when there are particularities arising from the product's dimensions (complexity, dimensions, weight, etc.).
