Curing ovens are designed to create the curing process for powder coatings.

AABO-IDEAL powder curing ovens (box ovens) are convection ovens that ensure efficient heat transfer to the product. Powerful fans distribute the heated air through ducts across the entire length of the oven, ensuring a uniform and consistent temperature accurate to within a few degrees. These ovens are typically suitable for manually operated lines or high-capacity power & free lines, as well as crane-operated systems where products enter the oven vertically.

AABO-IDEAL ovens are available for various temperature ranges, which means that the oven's insulation layers and constructions differ:

  • 0–100 °C: 100 mm, 2 mineral wool layers
  • 100–250 °C: 310 mm, 3 mineral wool layers
  • 250–550 °C: 450 mm, 1 product mark layer + 3 mineral wool layers

AABO-IDEAL ovens have a "floating" enclosure and are suspended using minimal contact points with the external structure. This reduces the formation of thermal bridges. All AABO-IDEAL ovens are convection-based, ensuring optimal energy use.
