H-TOP is a unit installed outdoors, on the building's roof, providing ventilation, heating and cooling.

- Refrigerant circuits — two independent refrigerant circuits in the heat pump with two to four scroll compressors
- Casing — high-strength galvanised steel with a three-layer (total 25 µm) protective coating, RAL 9002; smooth galvanised sheet on the inner surface

- Control — includes phase-change protection as standard (prevents reverse rotation of motors)
