The EXTRA-EX1/21 is an ATEX 1/21 certified linear LED Ex luminaire in a polycarbonate (PC) housing, designed for use in explosive industrial environments, including paint and lacquering booths, solvent warehouses, and surface treatment lines in the chemical industry.

The luminaire offers a high degree of protection (IP66/IP67), IK10 impact resistance, and an exceptionally long service life (up to 110,000 h).

The opaque (opal) PC cover ensures a uniform light field and reduces glare. Thanks to the encapsulated LED module and certified electronic driver, the luminaire achieves high efficiency and a long service life even at elevated temperatures. Designed for ATEX/IECEx zone 1/21 – suitable for higher-risk explosive environments: paint and lacquering booths, solvent warehouses, and surface treatment lines in the chemical industry. Standard equipment includes stainless steel (AISI304) mounting clamps for direct ceiling or wall installation; suspension is possible using cable or wire. A screwless 3-pole terminal (up to 4 mm²) is used for connection. Optional features are available, such as DALI2 control and emergency lighting 1h/3h
