FL type filters
Space-saving “Plug & Play” filtration unit with an integrated fan for air filtration in dusty environments. Ideal for filtering air generated by welding, cutting, grinding and similar operations.
Contaminated air is directed into the unit through a tangential inlet located above the air chamber into the upper part of the untreated air chamber, ensuring the tubular filter air flow and pre-separation, which promotes a reduction of the filter load.
As the filter is of cyclone-type construction, pre-separation already takes place significantly more efficiently than with other filter types. The air is filtered through a vertically positioned filter cartridge, which optimizes the cleaning effect.
Cleaning of the cartridges is controlled by a differential pressure gauge using an integrated compressed air system. Clean air is directed back into production through the connections. The dust is collected into the dust collector at the bottom of the unit.
The Quicklock-adjustable dust collector is flanged with a ø400mm seal. SUITABLE FOR ROOM VENTILATION / AIR PURIFICATION, EQUIPPED WITH A W3 CERTIFICATE. For the purification of lightly contaminated indoor air, e.g. from welding fumes. The Filterline FL52 and FL 104 can be ordered with installed air flow distribution modules, which improve
the separation of contaminated and purified air in the upper and lower parts of the unit (recirculation).
