Formeco Di 120 is a DISTATIC-series solvent distiller that recovers painting and cleaning solvents through distillation: the unit separates resins, polymers, and oils from the used solvent, allowing the clean solvent to be reused repeatedly. This reduces solvent purchasing costs and the volume of hazardous waste.
Capacity and cycle
The capacity is 120 litres, and a single distillation cycle lasts 4–5 hours.
Ex protection
The Ex-protected model (Atex II 2G IIA T2) is suitable for explosive Zone 1 environments and for liquid painting in the metal and wood industries.
