The Formeco Di 160 is a DISTATIC-series solvent distiller that reclaims painting and cleaning solvents through distillation: the unit separates resins, polymers and oils from the used solvent, allowing the clean solvent to be reused repeatedly. This reduces solvent procurement costs and the volume of hazardous waste.
Capacity and cycle
The capacity is 160 litres and a single distillation cycle takes 4–5 hours.
Ex protection
The Ex-protected model (Atex II 2G IIA T2) is suitable for explosive Zone 1 environments and for liquid painting in the metal and wood industries.
