The Formeco Di 30 solvent distiller recovers painting and cleaning solvents through distillation, reducing purchasing costs and the volume of hazardous waste. The Ex-protected model is suitable for Zone 1 environments.
The Formeco Di 30 is a DISTATIC-series solvent distiller that recovers painting and cleaning solvents through distillation: the unit separates resins, polymers and oils from the used solvent, so that clean solvent can be reused repeatedly. This reduces the cost of purchasing solvent and the volume of hazardous waste.
Capacity and cycle
The capacity is 30 litres and one distillation cycle lasts 3–4 hours.
Ex protection
The Ex-protected model (Atex II 2G IIA T2) is suitable for explosive Zone 1 environments and for liquid painting in the metal and woodworking industries.
