The Formeco DiQ 120 is a DYNAMIC-series solvent distiller that recovers painting and cleaning solvents through distillation: the unit separates resins, polymers and oils from the used solvent, so that clean solvent can be reused repeatedly. This reduces solvent purchasing costs and the volume of hazardous waste.
Capacity and cycle
The capacity is 120 litres and one distillation cycle lasts 4–5 hours. A rotating scraper keeps the residue active and shortens the working cycle.
Ex protection
The Ex-protected model (Atex II 2G IIA T2) is suitable for explosive Zone 1 environments and for liquid painting in the metal and woodworking industries.
