The Gema OptiFlex® ProX B is a box-model manual powder coating unit that draws powder directly from the original box — the shortest and cleanest colour change.

Operating principle

The inclined vibrating table enables the entire powder content of the box to be used, and the fluidised suction tube provides a consistent powder feed. PowerClean enables quick purging directly from the gun. The single-gun model can be expanded to two.
