Gema OptiFlex® ProX L / C powder coating system

Gema OptiFlex® ProX L and C are devices for small batches, laboratory work and quality testing — reproducible results with small powder quantities.

Two variants

ProX C is a compact cup-based device that feeds powder to the OptiSelect ProX gun; multiple cups can be kept in storage for quick colour changes — suitable for powder testing and small batches. ProX L is a compact manual device with a 4-litre fluidised hopper, which allows the application conditions of a real system to be reproduced — suitable for small batches and laboratories.

• Scale — integrated scale (Job Reporter) for monitoring the quantity of powder used.
• Cleaning module — PowerClean Dock for quick colour changes (approximately 35 seconds).
• Job reporting — weighs the quantity of paint used during the job and the time spent on coating.
