Compact scraper floor shot blasting room
The compact scraper-floor blasting room ensures efficient collection and recycling of abrasives, along with a durable, dust-tight steel-construction cabin.
We design, manufacture and install shot blasting cabins intended for abrasive works. The cabins are designed for one or several different abrasive materials, such as steel shot, glass beads, aluminium oxide, etc.
Ventilation and dust filter
The air in the blasting room is continuously circulated during the process. The air passes through a special filter unit where it is cleaned of the dust generated during blasting. We are able to offer systems with an air exchange of 1500 – 33 000 m³/h.
Collection and reuse of abrasives
Abrasives are collected from the floor of the blasting room by means of a scraper mechanism, a screw conveyor and a belt-bucket elevator, where they are separated from the waste generated during blasting before being reused.
Shot blasting cabin construction
- The cabin is built on a steel structure, which is constructed together with lightweight panels into a single unit
- Operator door with an inspection window and process gates with an electric opening system
- The wall and ceiling lights are made from top-quality components and are resistant to abrasive damage
- The dust-proof housing of the lights ensures a long service life
