We design, manufacture and install shot blasting cabins intended for abrasive works. The cabins are designed for one or several different abrasive materials such as steel shot, glass beads, aluminium oxide, etc.

Dust filter and ventilationThe blasting room air is in constant circulation and passes through a special filter unit to clean the dust generated during blasting.

Abrasive RecyclingAbrasives are collected from the floor by means of a scraper mechanism, screw conveyor, and belt bucket elevator, and are separated from debris prior to reuse.

Durable constructionThe shot blasting cabin is built on a steel structure with lightweight panels as a single unit.

Operator accessThe cabin features an operator door with an inspection window and process gates with an electric opening system.

Abrasive collection and recycling. Abrasive collection takes place from the blasting chamber floor using a scraper mechanism, a screw conveyor and a belt-bucket elevator, where it is separated from the debris generated during blasting before being reused.

Blasting cabin construction. The blasting cabin is built on a steel structure, which together with lightweight panels forms a single unit. The cabin features an operator door with an inspection window and process gates with an electrical opening system.

The wall and ceiling lights in the blasting chamber are made of top-quality components and are resistant to abrasive damage. The dustproof housing of the lights ensures a long service life.
