The SM Klebetechnik GS20 is a 20-litre hot melt applicator designed for melting and dosing plastic EVA, PSA and PO-based hot melt adhesives on higher-volume production lines.

Aluminium meltingThe anti-stick coated cast aluminium tank ensures uniform melting of thermoplastics at standard temperatures.

The die-cast aluminium material tank melting system with a non-stick coating ensures gentle melting and processing of thermoplastics at standard temperatures. Precise-volume material dosing is ensured by the use of a gear pump, driven by a special maintenance-free AC drive controlled by a frequency converter.
The device also features safe temperature start-up protection and a standby function to ensure optimal operating efficiency.
