MAKOR EVOLUTION TWO is a high-speed, high-quality Cartesian robot for spraying flat surfaces. It is suitable for painting both wooden panels and panels and profiles made of other materials, as well as for applying glue.

The D version features two spraying arms that enable uninterrupted operation: one arm paints while the other changes the paint at the same time. Working together, the arms share the work between them, which significantly reduces painting time – both for a stationary part (Stop & Go) and in continuous mode, where one arm processes the edges and the other the flat surface.

The machine uses a blue laser 3D reading system that detects the geometry of the part being processed even on coloured surfaces. The software algorithm ensures high performance and a fast work cycle.

Why does the EVOLUTION TWO have two spray guns?

Two arms enable uninterrupted operation: one arm applies paint while the other simultaneously changes the colour. In continuous mode, one arm can process edges while the other handles the flat surface, significantly reducing painting time.

Does the machine also detect the shape of colored parts?

Yes. The blue laser 3D scanning system reads the geometry of the workpiece even when the surface is coloured.
