How does it work?
The LIFT system picks up products from the drying trolleys and directs them into the painting machine. The product passes through the spray cabin, where one side is finished. The turning mechanism then automatically rotates the product, and it moves back through the same cabin – on the return pass, the second side is finished.
After painting, the LIFT system places the product back onto the drying trolley. The entire cycle runs automatically – the operator only needs to change the trolleys.
