A single operator is sufficient to monitor the machine's operation. Minimal footprint, higher productivity, paint savings and an improved working environment. The unit consists of a spraying oscillation unit and an automatic LIFT loading system, which picks up products from the drying trolleys, passes them through the painting machine and places them back onto the drying trolley after painting.

How does it work?

The LIFT system picks up products from the drying trolleys and directs them into the painting machine. The product moves through the spray booth, where one side is finished. The turning mechanism then automatically turns the product over and it moves back through the same booth — during the return pass the other side is finished. After painting, the LIFT system places the product back onto the drying trolley. The entire cycle runs automatically — the operator only changes the trolleys.
