The Gram Clean Air Airtower is a space-saving mobile filtration unit with an integrated fan — the ideal solution for filtering the air in a welding hall without stationary installation. The unit is delivered ready for use: forklift loops and crane lifting points allow the unit to be moved with ease. An integrated CEE plug and automatic differential-pressure filter cleaning ensure uninterrupted operation.
Airtower technical features- Cyclone-effect pre-separation: Contaminated air is directed tangentially into the top of the air chamber, creating a cyclone effect. Pre-separation significantly reduces the filter load compared to a conventional filter.
- Vertical filter cartridges: The air is filtered through vertically arranged filter cartridges, which optimises the cleaning effect. W3-certified Filterline cartridges.
- Automatic cleaning: Differential-pressure-regulated cartridge cleaning via an integrated compressed-air system — uninterrupted operation without shutdowns.
- Quicklock dust collector: Dust is collected in a flanged ø400 mm dust collector at the base of the unit. The Quicklock fastening ensures fast and clean changes.
