The OUPC 2000–4040 oil separator is a compact multi-stage filtration solution for cooling and lubricating agents, designed for floor installation. The unit effectively removes oil mist, emulsion mist, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) and oil smoke, and is suitable for decentralised air extraction directly from processing machines.
The four-stage filter system ensures optimal filtration for every type of lubricant. The separator can be positioned in the immediate vicinity of processing machines with higher air demand.

The final stage is a HEPA filter (class H13), which removes >99.95% of smoke particles down to 0.1 µm

Self-draining cassette filter G104A – separates >99% of particles above 0.1 µm
Low operating costs thanks to lower energy consumption and less frequent filter changes

Integrated fan in a sound-insulating housing saves clean air side ductwork (where recirculation is permitted)
Quick maintenance – the pre-filter is replaceable via the front door, the DIN cassette is installable from the top
Monitoring of the first three filter stages with differential pressure gauges
Reduces the risks of health, fire and damage to machine electronics when oil mist is removed directly at the machine
