With a large 7-inch touchscreen and a convenient zoom function, setup is fast and clear. Pro Mode gives the experienced coater maximum flexibility — up to 100 custom programs can be saved. PreSet Mode offers optimized programs for flat parts, complex geometries and recoating, making the job easier and faster.

Overview and diagnostics

Full Control consolidates all key coating parameters, system data and support resources in one place. Greater Insights adds diagnostic tools, support codes and statistics (operating times, powder consumption) that increase transparency and productivity.

GemaConnect® E-App (formerly Gema E-App) opens up new possibilities for process control — from line management to equipment maintenance. Important process data and parameters are always within reach on a mobile device and can be changed directly.
