The OUK series liquid separator is a Gram Clean Air multi-stage fine filter, designed for the effective separation of coolant oil, cutting emulsion mist and oil smoke in production environments.

Simple filter replacementThe filter can be replaced through the front door without disassembling the unit.

The OUK series liquid separator is a Gram Clean Air multi-stage fine filter designed for the efficient separation of cooling oil, cutting emulsion mist, and oil smoke in production environments.
The OUK series liquid separator is a multi-stage oil mist separator intended for separating oil mist aerosols from process air in machining equipment where cooling and lubricating agents are used. Thanks to efficient filtration, emissions remain below 1 mg/m³, which complies with the oil mist aerosol limits set by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency Regulation No. 682 (2014). The separator is available in 10 combinations across models OUK 4000, 8000, 12000, and 16000.

Does the OUK separator work with cooling lubricants containing boric acid?
Yes, the device can also be manufactured for coolants containing boric acid, but this requires replacing the seals.
What is the maximum air flow and vacuum of the device?
Air volume is up to 16,000 m³/h and vacuum up to 5,000 Pa.
Can the device be installed outdoors?
Yes, a hot-dip galvanized, enamelled version is available for outdoor installation. The standard enclosure is made of 1.5 mm black steel with a powder coating.
What additional filtration stages can be added to the basic filtration stages?
