The GRACO ProControl 1KE Plus is an updated model in the 1KE fluid monitoring series. This device allows you to maintain control over finishing quality, as the machine provides information on material working pressure, fluid flow and the pressure of the additional air used during spraying, and adjusts the relevant parameters according to the predefined input data.

Thanks to this information, it is possible to fine-tune the machine to always operate under the same conditions and, likewise, to recognise when certain parameters have changed during operation — for example, if the fluid flow has increased significantly, this indicates worn nozzles, which results in higher material consumption and poorer surface finishing quality.

Two operating modes

The device enables work to be controlled based on either material pressure or material flow. The device is also able to compensate for variations caused by material viscosity — for example, in material flow-based operation, if the material itself has become slightly more viscous, the ProControl 1KE Plus automatically raises the system pressure slightly to ensure the required material flow.
