Push-Pull airflowThe push channel creates a directional airflow that guides welding fumes towards the extraction point, and the pull channel collects them.
Automatic filtrationWelding fumes are filtered using an automatically cleaned filter, and the clean air is returned back into production.
Automation ControlThe control system manages the Push-Pull system as a whole, responding to changes and ensuring optimal airflow.
Custom solutionElister designs and installs systems tailored to the specific production layout, welding method and dust load level.

Push-Pull welding ventilation for large industrial facilities Push-Pull welding ventilation is the ideal solution for production buildings where welding is carried out on large structures or dispersed across the entire production area — that is, in cases where a precision extraction system cannot be spatially installed.

Elister designs and installs Push-Pull systems as tailored solutions, adapting them to the specific production layout, welding method and dust load level. The ductwork is connected to a filtration system, where welding fumes are filtered using specialised filters and clean air is returned to the production area.

Main components of the Push-Pull system "Push"  duct:  Creates a directed airflow that changes the movement direction of welding fumes and guides them towards the extraction. Installed on the side opposite the extraction unit.

"Pull"  duct:  Collects the welding fumes and filters them using an automatically cleaned filter. The filter collection containers ensure a clean working environment.

Filtration system:  Push-Pull systems use Gram Clean Air FL, ACF or HCF series dust filters with automatic pulse cleaning, ensuring continuous operation without interrupting production.

Control system:  The automation controls the Push-Pull system as a whole, responding to changes and ensuring optimal airflow across the entire production area.

Uninterrupted operationThe automatic pulse cleaning ensures continuous operation without interrupting production.
Suitable for large spacesThe ideal solution when a precision extraction system cannot be installed due to spatial constraints.
Clean Working EnvironmentFilter collection containers and clean air return ensure a clean working environment.
Custom SolutionThe system is customized to the specific production layout and requirements.

Common questions about this product.

Frequently asked questions

Which spaces is the Push-Pull system suitable for?
This is suitable for large production facilities where welding is performed on large structures or dispersed across the entire production area, and where a precision extraction system cannot be installed due to spatial constraints.
Is the system a standard solution or is it customised to our production?
Elister designs and installs Push-Pull systems as tailored solutions, adapting them to the specific production layout, welding method and dust load level.
What filters are used in the system?
Push-Pull systems utilise Gram Clean Air FL, ACF- or HCF-series dust filters together with automatic pulse cleaning.
Do you need to stop production to clean the filter?
No, the automatic pulse cleaning ensures continuous operation without interrupting production.
Where is the filtered air directed?
Welding fumes are filtered by means of special filters, and the clean air is returned to production.
