Push-Pull welding ventilation for large industrial facilities Push-Pull welding ventilation is the ideal solution for production buildings where welding is carried out on large structures or dispersed across the entire production area — that is, in cases where a precision extraction system cannot be spatially installed.
Elister designs and installs Push-Pull systems as tailored solutions, adapting them to the specific production layout, welding method and dust load level. The ductwork is connected to a filtration system, where welding fumes are filtered using specialised filters and clean air is returned to the production area.
Main components of the Push-Pull system "Push" duct: Creates a directed airflow that changes the movement direction of welding fumes and guides them towards the extraction. Installed on the side opposite the extraction unit.
"Pull" duct: Collects the welding fumes and filters them using an automatically cleaned filter. The filter collection containers ensure a clean working environment.
Filtration system: Push-Pull systems use Gram Clean Air FL, ACF or HCF series dust filters with automatic pulse cleaning, ensuring continuous operation without interrupting production.
Control system: The automation controls the Push-Pull system as a whole, responding to changes and ensuring optimal airflow across the entire production area.
