Energy-optimised filter for various larger filtration tasks. The filter is used for filtering welding and cutting fumes, grinding dust and various extraction air flows containing metal, stone, plastic or similar dust, or mixtures of various powders.

Contaminated air is directed into the unit through a tangential inlet located above the air chamber into the upper part of the untreated air chamber, ensuring the tube filter airflow and pre-separation, which helps to reduce the filter load.

The air is filtered through vertically positioned filter cartridges, which optimises the cleaning effect. Cartridge cleaning regulated by a differential pressure gauge using the integrated compressed air system. Clean air is directed back into production through the connections.

Dust is collected in the dust collector located at the bottom of the unit. The Quicklock-adjustable dust collector is flanged with a ø400mm seal.
