Suitable for medium volumes and just-in-time production. Automatic LIFT loader/unloader – picks doors from drying trolleys and places them back afterwards. Painting both sides of the door simultaneously in a single cycle – the tilting mechanism turns the door automatically.

Spray head with 4 guns, quick-connect guns. Consistent quality – electronically controlled spray arm, independent of the operator's technique. Material savings – guns are switched precisely in sync with the door's position. 2-litre paint container for small touch-up jobs.

Two-stage filtration. Touchscreen control, easy to learn.

How does it work? The LIFT loader picks the doors from the drying trolleys and directs them into the painting machine. The door passes through the spray booth, where one side is finished. Then the tilting mechanism automatically turns the door over and the door moves back through the same booth – on the return pass the second side is finished.

After painting, the LIFT system places the doors back on the drying trolley. The entire cycle runs automatically – the operator only changes the trolleys.
