How does it work?

The LIFT loader takes doors from the drying carts and directs them into the painting machine. The door passes through the spray booth, where one side is finished. The tilting mechanism then automatically turns the door over and the door moves back through the same booth — the other side is finished on the return pass. After painting, the LIFT system places the doors back onto the drying cart. The entire cycle runs automatically — the operator only changes the carts.
