Our modern fluid inventory management equipment is ideally suited for tracking oils and other lubricants from tanks to dispense meters. By installing just two core components – the "Pulse Hub" (wireless software) and the "Pulse dispense meter" – you gain unprecedented control, oversight, and analytical capability over every fluid dispense.
Components – start small and expand as needed
Although our Pulse Pro fluid management solution has two core components – the Pulse Hub (wireless software) and the Pulse dispense meter – the system also includes a number of components with additional features that meet various workshop needs and increase overall efficiency. Additional system components include the pump air control (PAC), tank level monitor (TLM), mobile cart, remote control, and much more. DMS integration: Pulse is programmed to share data with popular enterprise resource planning (ERP) and dealer management systems, such as R&R.
You don't have to start with an entire system right away. The simplest entry level is to install the "Pulse Hub" (wireless control unit) and one dispense gun with a dispense meter onto an existing pump and 200-litre drum — this already gives you real-time oversight and control of every dispense, without having to rebuild the entire workshop at once. Since the solution is modular, you can later add dispense guns, meters, and additional components as needs grow, and also connect the system to existing lines.
