Air Heaters

The temperature of the coating material directly affects its viscosity, atomization quality and final result. Graco fluid heaters warm paint, varnish or other coating material prior to spraying, ensuring more uniform material flow, better atomization and higher-quality surface finishing. They are especially important for high-viscosity materials, low operating temperatures and production processes with high quality requirements.

Preheating the material makes it possible to use lower spray pressure, which reduces overspray, improves the transfer efficiency and helps to lower paint consumption. A more uniform coating, better coverage and a reduced risk of coating defects are also achieved.

Graco fluid heaters are suitable for use both in manual painting and in automated painting lines, and are compatible with Airless, Air Assisted Airless and other liquid coating systems. Electronic temperature control ensures a stable material temperature throughout the entire work process, helping to achieve repeatable and high-quality results.
