An extraction wall is a vertical filtration unit installed behind or beside the workstation, drawing in dust, particles and aerosols generated during grinding, finishing or polishing. It is an ideal addition to a welding workbench or a standalone solution for production sites where large amounts of dry dust are generated. Gram Clean Air extraction walls are widely used in the metal industry, furniture manufacturing and automotive repair.
Types of Gram Clean Air extraction walls- GCA compact walls with a single workstation: A wall with an integrated table for grinding and finishing. Workflow: operator – workpiece – wall. Airflow 1000–2000 m³/h.
- GCA larger walls for the workshop: Walls designed to cover a larger area, capable of serving multiple workstations simultaneously. The modular construction allows for expansion.
- GCA walls with a waste collection system: Walls that collect dust directly into a collection bag or container – easier cleaning and less maintenance.
- GCA walls for combined use: Suitable for collecting both dry dust (grinding) and fine dust (welding fumes), using the appropriate filter solutions.
