Gram Clean Air offers comprehensive pre-separator solutions, including cyclones, spark separators, gravity separators and lint filters, engineered for demanding industrial applications. Our cyclone pre-separators (CY, CY-V and LCY series) process air volumes ranging from 500 to 30,000 m³/h, using centrifugal force for efficient particle separation. The TXF gravity separator is equipped with Hardox 450 lined chambers, suitable for highly abrasive materials such as sandblasting operations. For spark-generating processes, the FUV spark-catcher pre-separator uses an innovative water labyrinth system that extinguishes sparks and prevents fire risk. The SPC pre-filter unit captures lint and flammable fibres generated during polishing operations.
