Dust Filters

Energy-efficient cartridge and cyclone-type dust filters with compressed-air cleaning are designed to perform a wide range of industrial dust collection tasks. The filters separate welding fumes, filler dust, shot-blasting dust, metal dust and other fine fractions, and as a rule return the cleaned air back into the production area, thereby reducing heating costs. Gram Clean Air filters are characterised by a compact “Plug & Play” solution, a built-in fan and a CEE plug for quick connection.

Product series

• FL-type filters: Space-saving “Plug & Play” filtration unit with integrated fan. Suitable for filtering air from welding, cutting, grinding and similar processes. Supplied with forklift loops and crane lifting points, along with an integrated motor starter and CEE plug.
• HCF-type filter: A filter with optimised capacity and easy maintenance for larger filtration tasks. Used for filtering welding and cutting fumes, grinding dust and various extraction airflows. HCF models are designed for a vacuum of up to 5000 Pa.
• Cyclone filter ACF: A filter with optimised capacity for various larger filtration tasks involving metal, stone, plastic or other dust. ACF and ACF-T models are designed for a vacuum of up to 5000 Pa, and ACF-V series filters are vertically mounted.
• QFG-type filters: An energy-optimised filter for various larger filtration tasks. Used for filtering welding and cutting fumes, grinding dust and various extraction airflows, including metal, stone and plastic dust.
• PFL-type filter towers “Airtower”: A space-saving “Plug & Play” filtration unit with integrated fan, ideally suited for filtering air in welding halls. The Filterline is equipped with a W3 certificate.
