Ventilation filters for industrial use and the painting industry

Ventilation filters ensure clean air in industrial facilities, ventilation units, and paint booths. Elister offers a wide range of filters — from frame filters and bag filters to filter mats — for both general industrial ventilation filtration and specifically for over- and underpressure filters in painting rooms. The filters are available in various filtration classes (G3–F9) and are suitable for use with CIC ventilation units.

Product range

• Columbus 6-layer paper filter: High-absorption overspray filter for paint booths. Captures paint sprays before they reach the ventilation unit.
• Columbus 7-layer paper filter with additional fabric: A reinforced version with additional fabric that ensures a longer service life and improved filtration under more demanding conditions.
• Filter mat Paintstop: A fiberglass filter mat used as an overspray filter in spray booths. Non-flammable and effective in capturing paint particles.
• Compact filter (F-class): A modular-type filter for ventilation units and ducts. Suitable for high-airflow systems requiring high dust-holding capacity.
• Bag filter: A filter made of synthetic fabric with minimal pressure drop and maximum dust-particle holding capacity. Highly energy-efficient.
• W250 / W300 / W600 filter mat: Synthetic filter mats with a progressively built-up filter media structure. W250 is suitable as a secondary filter in paint booths, while W600 offers a higher filtration level.
• Cardboard concertina pre-filter: An economical single-use pre-filter as an under- or overpressure filter for paint booths. Used ahead of the Columbus filter.
