The heart of the dehumidification system, the high-pressure water pump, is a device that raises the water pressure from 2 bar to 60 bar. High-pressure water has to pass through a small nozzle which turns the water droplet into a water slurry. When selecting the pump, the water demand of the different zones of the system is calculated and the pump capacity is selected on this basis.
Before the pump, the water passes through a water softener and filters to prevent scale and dirt from getting into the pump or in front of the nozzles and clogging them.

UNIFOG irrigation nozzles are made of stainless steel. The nozzles are available in different sizes ranging from 2.2 to 4.5 litres per hour. The nozzles are equipped with a non-return valve that closes when the water pressure is lower than 30 bar. This ensures that the nozzles operate perfectly and eliminates backflow due to pressure drop. The nozzles are attached to the pipeline by means of nozzle holders which are press-fitted with a special press tool.
