Elister on UNIFOGi ainuesindaja Eestis, pakkudes professionaalseid kõrgsurve-niisutussüsteeme tööstusele ja tootmiskeskkondadesse.
UNIFOGi lahendused on mõeldud täpseks õhuniiskuse kontrollimiseks, aidates tagada stabiilsed tootmistingimused, parandada toodangu kvaliteeti ning vähendada liiga kuiva õhuga seotud probleeme. Süsteeme kasutatakse laialdaselt puidu-, mööbli-, paberi-, trüki-, tekstiili- ja elektroonikatööstuses, samuti teistes tootmiskeskkondades, kus suhtelise õhuniiskuse kontroll on oluline.
Tootevalik hõlmab kõrgsurve pumbajaamu, pihustusdüüse ja -lattide süsteeme, tsoonipõhist niiskuse juhtimist, vee ettevalmistust ning automaatika- ja mõõtelahendusi. Süsteeme saab üles ehitada nii üksiku tootmisala niisutamiseks kui ka mitme tsooniga terviklikuks tehase niisutuslahenduseks.
Elister projekteerib ja paigaldab UNIFOGi niisutussüsteeme terviklahendusena, alates niisutusvajaduse ja tsoonide määramisest kuni vee ettevalmistuse, automaatika, käivituse ja hoolduseni.

UNIFOG humidification system for glulam production
We installed a 1-zone UNIFOG humidification system in the production facilities of Timbeco Woodmill to ensure a consistent and optimal humidity level in the manufacturing of glulam. In addition, we installed a water softening system that keeps maintenance costs almost non-existent and ensures the long-term efficiency of the system. The system is expandable to the rest of the production facilities.
UNIFOG pipe humidification modernization in a woodworking plant – 16 zones
For a North Estonian timber industry company, we modernized the entire factory's humidification into a UNIFOG pipe-type humidification system. The system consisted of 16 humidification zones and was one of the largest solutions we have supplied. The control panel was installed in the technicians' room, and the system is practically maintenance-free. The installation took a total of three weeks.
High-pressure humidification system for the new factory section
We installed a tube-type high-pressure humidification system in Textuur's new factory section. The solution included stainless steel humidification nozzles with internal filters, a pump station with a touchscreen control system, and a filter system required for purifying and softening the water.
UNIFOG humidification system for the school's woodworking department
We installed a UNIFOG humidification system in the wood processing technology department of the Estonian University of Life Sciences, covering a total of 7 zones of varying size and air exchange requirements. In the smallest room, approximately 2.4 m in height, we installed a fan-based atomizer instead of a piping system. For centralized system management, we set up a UNIFOG touchscreen that logs the temperature and humidity of each zone. In addition, we installed a water treatment unit with an iron filter.
UNIFOG humidification system for Birger OÜ container manufacturing
At Birger OÜ's production facilities, the air humidity had dropped below 20%, which slowed down paint drying and hampered production efficiency. We installed a single-zone UNIFOG humidification system together with a remote control and water softening system. The solution is simple, cost-effective and reliable, ensuring stable air humidity and low maintenance costs.
