Irrigation System Upgrade and Expansion in Viljandi

Project challenge

During the construction of the new production building, a clear need for additional humidification zones emerged. In addition, the client wished to carry out an extensive upgrade of the humidification system as a whole, including modernisation of the control panel, in order to ensure greater reliability and efficiency.

How we built it

We worked closely with the client to precisely understand their needs and expectations, and then carried out a thorough upgrade of the humidification system's pump station. The upgraded pump station improves the water supply and ensures optimal humidification. In addition, we installed a modern touchscreen control panel which, together with an expansion module for additional zones, enables precise and flexible control over the entire system. Finally, we replaced the previous UFO solution with more efficient nozzle spraying, which requires less maintenance.
