UNIFOG humidification system in the printing house
We installed a two-zone UNIFOG tube-type humidification system in the packaging printing shop of Kroonpress printing house, where ensuring room humidity and cleanliness was essential. The system is operated by a touchscreen control system, and the solution can be expanded as needed.
Project challenge
Within Kroonpress's production, humidification was needed by the workshop responsible for printing packaging for the food industry. In this room it was very important to keep both the room's humidity and its cleanliness under control, as both directly affect the quality of packaging printing.
How we built it
We installed a two-zone UNIFOG pipe-type humidification system with the possibility of expansion in the packaging printing workshop. The solution enables precise regulation of the workshop's air humidity and, thanks to its modular design, can be expanded in the future if needed. The system is controlled by a control unit with a touchscreen, which simplifies the monitoring and adjustment of humidity.
