Construction of a Fully Automated Shot Blasting Room

Project Challenge

A fully automatic shot blasting cabin had to be built in the industrial section of the prison under construction, capable of processing products weighing up to 1500 kg. The solution had to feature shot recovery, be equipped with automation, and comply with all applicable standards.

How We Built the Solution

In cooperation with our Polish partner, we visited the building to take measurements and then carried out the entire installation in just 8 days. The installed solution consisted of the following components:

• A custom-designed shot blasting room project with a scraper floor
• Shot blasting equipment
• Shot recovery system with a separator
• Ventilation filter for the shot blasting room

Result

The industrial section of the prison received a fully automatic shot blasting cabin that processes products weighing up to 1500 kg and recovers the shot using a separator. The entire system complies with applicable standards and was installed efficiently within 8 days.
