Factory-internal relocation and paint line reconstruction
During the expansion of Lappset Estonia's production facilities, we carried out an in-factory relocation together with the reconstruction of the painting line. We moved the shot blasting machine and welding stations to a new location, rebuilt and extended the painting line conveyor, and relocated various production machines. As an additional task, we constructed a 60-metre-long and 4-metre-high partition wall between the production area and the painting line. The work was completed on time and to a high standard.

Project challenge
Lappset Estonia expanded its production facilities in-house and required a complete in-factory relocation. The challenge was that the existing production had to be reorganised into a new location, which involved relocating heavy equipment and utilities as well as completely rebuilding the paint line. Everything had to be completed on time and properly.
How we built it
Our proposal proved suitable for the client and we carried out the in-factory relocation in full. The work included the following stages:
- relocating the shot blasting machine to a new location
- rebuilding and extending the paint line conveyor
- in-factory relocation of various production machines
- relocating the welding stations to a new location together with rebuilding the corresponding utilities
- as additional work, constructing a 60-metre-long and 4-metre-high partition wall between the production area and the paint line
What we achieved
- paint line rebuilt and extended in accordance with the new layout
- shot blasting machine, welding stations and production machines relocated to a new location
- 60 m long and 4 m high partition wall separating the production area and the paint line
- production and painting process fully reorganised into the expanded production facilities
- work completed on time and properly
