Dust Extraction System for Packaging Line
To the construction materials manufacturing plant in Saue, we installed a dust extraction system for the automatic and manual packaging lines of construction mixtures. We used a Gram Clean Air ACF type cyclone filter from the Danish manufacturer, whose filter elements have a longer service life. We established a central residue collection piping system together with movable extraction arms.
Project challenge
Packaging construction mixes generates a significant amount of dust, which needed to be collected from both the automatic and manual line workstations. The solution had to be flexible so that the extraction points could be repositioned within the workstation as needed.
How we built it
We built a central residue collection pipeline with extraction arms that can be moved within the workstation with little effort. For dust extraction, we chose a cyclone filter whose filter elements have a longer service life.
