Industrial Grinding Room for Fiberglass Products
For a fiberglass products manufacturer in Harju County, we designed a custom enclosed grinding and cutting room to keep dust dispersion in the workshop under control. The room was equipped with a motorized lift, ATEX-compliant lighting, and a GRAM grinding dust filter that ensures efficient air purification.
Project challenge
The dust generated during the cutting and grinding of fiberglass spread throughout the entire workshop, which needed to be brought under control. The client's goal was to create a separate area for grinding and cutting and to ensure efficient filtration of air and dust.
How we built the solution
We designed a custom room for the operations required by the client, where the operator can cut and grind products in a safe and controlled environment. The solution captured dust at its point of origin and filtered it before returning the air.

Result
