The rubber belt tumble blast machine is ideal for mass-produced parts. GG-type machines are manufactured in various sizes, capable of accommodating up to 1000 kg (volume 500 l) per single load.

How it works

If you wish to automate the process, parts can be loaded into the machine using a hydraulic loader, manufactured according to the customer's specific requirements and adapted to the customer's specific component containers. During unloading, the cleaned parts fall onto a vibrating or unloading conveyor belt and are transported to the next work operation.
