The rubber-belt tumbling machine is ideal for mass-produced parts. GG-type machines are manufactured in various sizes, capable of accepting up to 1000 kg (500 l capacity) per single fill/load.
When the shot blasting machine operates in automatic mode, the processed objects are loaded into the machine using a hydraulic loader adapted to the customer's specific component containers. The cleaned parts fall onto a vibrator or a belt discharge channel conveyor and are transported to the next work operation.
The body of the shot blasting machine is protected with a wear-resistant manganese steel lining. High efficiency is ensured by an automatic and continuous abrasive handling and recovery system, which allows abrasives to be continuously returned and cleaned.
The standard equipment of larger machines includes the following components: PLC, display, timer, automatic or manual mode, automatic turbine start-up, operating hours counter, etc. G-type shot blasting machines can be equipped with a magnetic iron separator, a vibrating conveyor and inverters for the turbines.
