The wire mesh conveyor shot blasting machine is mostly used for processing medium and large-sized die castings, forged parts, heat-treated parts, automotive components, ferrous and non-ferrous castings, welded structures and finished products.

Mesh conveyorItems are placed on a wire-mesh belt conveyor, which passes through the working zones of the shot-blasting machine and the cleaning tunnel.

Wear-resistant housingThe machine housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel plates.

Abrasive ReturnThe continuous abrasive handling and recovery system enables abrasive material to be continuously transported back and cleaned.

Items are placed on a wire mesh belt conveyor, which passes through the working zones of the shot blasting automat and the cleaning tunnel. The shot turbines are installed at various angles. The machine housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel plates.

The high efficiency of the shot blasting machine is enabled by a continuous abrasive handling and return system, which allows the abrasive material to be continuously transported back and cleaned. The size of the KTP shot blasting automat, the number and power of the turbines, the length of the wire mesh belt conveyor, the conveyor width,

and the adjustment of the turbine rotation speed are determined according to the production capacity requirements and the specifics of the buyer's workpiece.
