Gostol P - roller conveyor type shot blasting machines

Shot-blasted objects move through the blasting machine on a roller conveyor. The blasting turbines are manufactured from wear-resistant materials with power ranging from 5.5 to 30 kW, ensuring efficient blasting. The standard P machine can process parts with a width from 600 mm to 4000 mm.

The roller conveyor speed ranges from 0.4 m/min to 3 m/min. The blasting machine housing is protected by wear-resistant and replaceable protective plates made of high-strength

manganese steel. Rubber curtains keep the abrasive material inside the blasting automatic machine, in the inlet chamber and in the outlet cleaning chamber. A rotating brush and an air curtain powered by a high-pressure fan remove abrasive material from the processed object before it exits the blasting automatic machine.

With the aid of a screw conveyor, elevator and sand cleaner, the collected abrasive material is directed back into the system. The standard equipment includes a PLC, a display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of the blasting turbine, an operating hours counter, a variable-speed drive for the roller conveyor, etc.
