This type of shot blasting machine is most commonly used for descaling, rust removal, paint removal, paint preparation, and general surface preparation before welding, cutting, machining, and burning operations.

How it works

The objects to be blasted move through the blasting machine on a roller conveyor. The blasting turbines are made of wear-resistant materials with a power ranging from 5.5–30 kW, ensuring efficient blasting. The standard P-machine can process parts with a width from 600 mm to 4000 mm, and the roller conveyor speed is 0.4–3 m/min. Abrasive retention and cleaning

The body of the shot blasting machine is protected by wear-resistant and replaceable protective plates made of strong manganese steel. Rubber curtains keep the abrasive material inside the shot blasting machine — in the inlet chamber and in the outlet cleaning chamber. A rotating brush and an air curtain powered by a high-pressure fan remove the abrasive material from the processed object before it exits. Using a screw conveyor, an elevator, and a sand cleaner, the collected abrasive material is directed back into the system.
