This GOSTOL shot blasting machine is designed for treating the outer surfaces of pipes/tubes, round profiles, gas steel cylinders and other cylindrical elements.

Roller ConveyorWorkpieces move through the machine on a conical cylindrical conveyor or an inclined-roller conveyor, ensuring simultaneous rotation and movement of the product for uniform surface treatment.

Wear-resistant housingThe machine housing is protected by wear-resistant guard plates lined with manganese steel.

Abrasive recoveryThe automatic and continuous abrasive handling and recovery system enables abrasives to be redirected during continuous operation.

PLC controlStandard equipment includes a PLC, a display, automatic or manual mode, and an operating hours counter.

The shot blasting machine's robust housing is protected by manganese steel-lined wear-resistant protective plates. The machine's entry and exit chambers feature multiple rubber curtains, which ensure that the blasted shot does not fly out of the machine into the external environment, thereby guaranteeing safety and machine efficiency.

High efficiency is ensured by the automatic and continuous abrasive handling and recovery system, which enables abrasives to be redirected during continuous operation. Standard equipment includes the following: – PLC, display, – automatic or manual mode, – automatic turbine start-up, – operating hours counter, – variable-speed drive for the

roller conveyor, etc. PC series shot blasting machines can be built into highly productive production lines combined with painting, featuring automatic shot blasting, painting, and drying. All Gostol TST shot blasting machines are equipped with ir shot blasting turbines.
