This GOSTOL shot blasting machine is designed for the treatment of external surfaces of pipes, round profiles, gas steel cylinders and other cylindrical elements. The shot blasting process enables easier and faster cutting and welding of steel semi-finished products with a clean surface.

How it works

The workpieces move through the shot blasting machine on a conical cylindrical conveyor or a conveyor with inclined rollers. This conveyor design ensures the simultaneous rotation and transfer movement of the product through the shot blasting machine, which is a prerequisite for an evenly blasted surface. The shot blasting turbines are made of wear-resistant material and their power ranges from 5.5 to 30 kW, ensuring efficient and high-quality surface cleaning.

Safety and durability

The robust body of the shot blasting machine is protected by wear-resistant protective plates lined with manganese steel. The machine's entry and exit chambers feature multiple rubber curtains, which ensure that the sprayed shot does not fly out of the machine into the external environment, thereby ensuring both safety and machine efficiency. High efficiency is ensured by an automatic and continuous abrasive handling and recovery system, which enables the abrasives to be redirected during continuous operation.
