What it is for

Used for processing components of various sizes, which often contain fragile and delicate parts. Components may weigh from 5 kg up to 10,000 kg or more. Workpieces are suspended individually or as a set on rotating hooks along a closed conveyor that passes through the shot blasting machine.

How it works

The length of the transport line and the number of carriers are adjusted according to the customer's needs. During the shot blasting process, the workpieces move back and forth through the abrasive stream, enabling an efficient and uniform blasting result. Once the blasting cycle is complete, the door opens, the finished components move out of the machine, and a new batch is transported into the machine from the other side.
