The pass-through monorail shot blasting machine is designed for the treatment of long, tall and narrow welded bodies without a flat surface, weighing from 25 to 1000 kg.

Wear-resistant housingThe machine's robust housing is protected by wear-resistant guard plates lined with manganese steel.
Abrasive ReclamationThe automatic and continuous abrasive handling and recovery system returns abrasives back in continuous operation.
PLC controlIn standard configuration, it includes a PLC, display, and automatic or manual mode.
Continuous mono conveyorThe workpieces are hung on hooks on the overhead conveyor, which moves through the shot blasting machine.

The robust body of the shot blasting machine is protected by manganese steel-lined wear-resistant protection plates. High efficiency is ensured by an automatic and continuous abrasive handling and recovery system, which allows abrasives to be redirected during continuous operation.

The standard equipment includes the following: – PLC, screen, – automatic or manual mode, – automatic turbine start-up, – operating hours counter, – variable speed drive for the roller conveyor, etc. All Gostol TST shot blasting machines are fitted with ir-shot turbines.
