The AAF series nozzles are designed for G15/G40 air-assisted manual finishing spray guns and G40A automatic spray guns. Advantages: The pre-orifice nozzles are capable of producing a better fan pattern and surface finishing result, particularly with thicker materials including water-based materials and various lacquers.

Thanks to the special nozzle design, it is possible to use lower material pressures, thereby reducing overspray and making spray transfer more efficient. Due to the lower operating pressure, the service life of the nozzles has also been extended.
