The Graco ProMix 2KE is an electronic two-component paint system that ensures a precise and stable component ratio in both manual and automatic spraying. It is suitable for both wood and metal painting, as well as for water- and solvent-based materials.
The system automatically calculates working time, solvent and paint consumption, and the savings associated with eliminating repainting.
What else the ProMix 2KE enables
- Automatic colour change with up to 3 colours and 1 catalyst — at the push of a button, the system quickly changes the colour in the hose leading to the gun with minimal solvent consumption
- Automatic flushing at the end of the working time — the entire process is carried out by the automation
- Reports via USB port — storage and transfer of data on paint usage, working time, and alarms
- Use of existing pumps — with the meter-based system you can utilise your existing 1-component paint pumps; they only need to be connected to the ProMix 2KE control centre
- ATEX certification on all parts, including the main panel — the entire unit can be placed in a paint room or storage, in explosion-hazardous areas. For this, Graco uses a unique air turbine power supply that other manufacturers do not offer.
- Control directly from the paint room via a small, convenient control panel, even if the main unit is located elsewhere in the room
- Real-time paint consumption monitoring on the unit's display
- Paint pot life tracking — the unit automatically tracks the end of the pot life and provides notification via an alarm
- Password lock — important parameters of the unit can be locked without hindering the painting process
- Bellow pumps — pumps with bellows seals are especially well suited for substances whose flow must not be interrupted (usable on both a pump and meter basis)
