Gravity separator TXF pre-separator

The TXF gravity separator is a pre-separator designed for processes working with highly abrasive materials.

Hardox protectionAll wear surfaces in the input module are lined with wear-resistant Hardox impact plates.
Gravity separationSpeed reduction in the vertical output chamber ensures high separation.
Quicklock systemThe adjustable dust drawer system simplifies maintenance.
Two versionsAvailable as TXF up to a negative pressure of 5000 Pa and TXF-V up to a negative pressure of 40 000 Pa.

The TXF gravity separator is a pre-separator designed for processes handling highly abrasive materials. The unit reduces wear on the ducting system and central filter and extends the service life of downstream filter elements. The TXF operates as a gravity separator, where the reduction in velocity in the vertical outlet chamber ensures high

separation efficiency. All wearing surfaces in the inlet module are covered with wear-resistant Hardox impact plates.

Common questions about this product.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, the TXF is suitable for handling highly abrasive materials.
Yes, the TXF gravity separator is specifically designed for processes handling highly abrasive materials. All wear surfaces in the inlet module are lined with wear-resistant Hardox 450 impact plates.
What vacuum pressure can the device withstand and what is the difference between TXF and TXF-V?
The TXF version operates at a negative pressure of up to 5000 Pa and the TXF-V version at a negative pressure of up to 40 000 Pa. The choice depends on your process requirements.
What air volumes do the models cover?
At a speed of 35 m/s, the models cover a range of 2500–15500 m³/h (TXF 2500 to TXF 15500). At a speed of 25 m/s, the air volume is 1800–11000 m³/h depending on the model.
What is the capacity of the dust drawer and can it be increased?
The standard configuration includes a dust drawer with a capacity of 70 L, with an optional larger version of 148 L. The drawer system is adjustable with the Quicklock solution.
How does the equipment reduce maintenance costs and extend service life?
As a preseparator, the TXF reduces wear on the ducting system and central filter, while extending the service life of the subsequent filter elements. The Hardox 450 plates of the vertical inlet chamber are replaceable.
